Certified product

We wanted to make a difference on the market, not only by the quality and knowledge offered in regards of driving times and labour solutions, but also to prove this through an official certification process by an independent, market leader certification institution, acknowledged internationally and domestically as well.

The certification is done by the accredited institution as an independent third party. It’s certification board and personnel wasn't interested in the development, production or sales of the certified product in question – the roadMOVER^© software system, neither was involved in any commercial, financial or other processes which could influence their decisions taken on the services offered as product inspection, test and control.

During the certification process the company was performing tests in their own accredited lab, on a live installation of a roadMOVER^© system and using all possible data, like test reports, developer and implementation documentation, and also comparing the results with all relevant local and international legislation and rules. The process ended with success and the roadMOVER^© software system was given the legal compliance certification.

This certification is a guarantee for the user – if used correctly the received result will be correct and accurate according to driving times, rest periods and also on labour hours data. In case of differing data (for instance during an inspection by authorities or in a court trial, etc.) compared to other systems it is no question which system is in compliance with the legislation and is no question which result will be accepted by authorities or the court.

In case this system is used, a freight forwarding company can comply with all legal requirements concerning driving times and rest periods, also in regards of labour hour accounts, which is used to employee wage calculations.
