Preparation across all areas

We conduct hundreds of training sessions annually, with curricula designed so that all employees involved in tachograph and labour-related tasks (evaluation staff, data analysts, HR specialists, drivers, payroll clerks, dispatchers, managers, etc.) can acquire practical, applicable knowledge relevant to their role.

After training, the number of errors caused by confusion, incomplete knowledge of regulations, or carelessness usually decreases significantly or is completely eliminated. According to feedback from our clients, the knowledge imparted is applied successfully and effectively, easing their work and allowing it to be carried out professionally.

Driver Training

We provide these trainings at the client’s premises, at a pre-agreed time, in groups of up to 25 participants, with optional customised content tailored to the company. Topics include: AETR/561/156/165 and other regulations; tachograph discs; digital tachographs and cards; inspection procedures; preparing for transport; other company-specific questions and practical answers.

Our experience shows that companies that train their drivers annually see far fewer errors and, correspondingly, a significant reduction in regulatory fines.

Training on Professional Online and Offline Software Systems and Relevant Legislation

Personnel changes, such as hiring new staff or reorganisations, often create a need for training to ensure smooth and correct operation of the area. In these sessions, alongside software use, we review tachograph usage, analog and digital tachographs, evaluation and data recording procedures, interpreting reports, lists, and logs, explanation of discs and printouts, all in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Labour Regulations and Employment Contract Training

We place great emphasis on the labour-related aspects connected to tachograph management, as proper handling protects our clients from significant fines and penalties. Topics covered include key concepts and their interpretation, relevant current legislation, important elements of employment contracts, content and reporting of labour reports, handling in online or offline evaluation systems, and other company-specific issues such as payroll and its details.
